Level 1 Overview
A stand-alone certificate for those interested in deepening their personal knowledge base on wellness and to enhance your own personal health – mentally, physically and spiritually. This tier is designed to provide you the fundamental principles of holistic health and fundamentals of women’s wellness.

- Healing therapies, lifestyle habits, nutrition and self-care as a new mode of healing.
You’ll be taken through the holistic pillars of whole HEALTH and the fundamental guiding principles of alignment and strategies for health and wellness. You’ll explore ways to align your health physically, mentally and spiritually while awakening your connection with SELF and learning about the evolution of holistics in practice.
